Dependent Visa for children

Hi All,

Me and Wife will get ILR in March 2013(Currently on Tier 1 General PBS)

My son is born in India and he is currently in India.What type of visa do I need to apply for him after I get my ILR.

1.Do I need to maintain any funds in my Account ,if so how much do i need to maintain

2.What type of Visa will my Son get .

When both parents will have ILR in March 2014, your child can apply for ILE which is akin to ILR for entry. VAF 4A and Appendix one are the required forms, adequate maintenance and accommodation is required.
