ILR on basis of three month concession period

Post by fkhanuk120 » Sat Jan 04, 2014 3:33 am

Hi All,

I am planning to apply for ILR as the duration of five years will be completed by end of this month on the basis of three month concession period for which I am eligible as I arrived on 89th day after first tier 1 visa was granted.

I would like to know whether I need to provide any justification as my visa is valid till April 2014 and I am applying 2 months early before its validity.

I would appreciate if any help is provided on above matter.

Thanks
