Tranfer £200,000 from sponser ac to director ac??

hi guys,
Should one have to transfer the 200,000 pounds from sponsor ac to director ac and then transfer to company ac in the form of directors loan or one can get 200000 from any source and then tranfer into company ac??
I have spoken to the accountant he said you have to take same amount which you shows to invest in UK from the sponcor, otherwise its a big problem?

if u have already a business and u wanna show money is available to business rather than to u personally then transfer to yr personal acc first and then to company account as a director's loan or cash investment if its self employment. if u wanna show as money available to u only despite of having a business or not then transfer to yr personal account only.
