Hello Folks,
I am just about to apply for HSMP and battling with one question in my mind.Hopefully someone can explain. I work in Ireland and tax period here is Jan to Dec. I have P60 for 2006 are corresponding salary slips.
Should I produce salary slips for year 2006 only or include this years salary slips as well. HSMP guidance says "We will assess your gross earnings before tax over a total period of up to 12 months out of the15 months immediately prior to your application. The earnings can be for any 12 month period out of the last 15 months. This applies if you are in salaried or non-salaried employment.
If I include this years salary slips. Do I need to produce exceptional cercumstances evidence like employer letter or bank statement ?
My delimma is I don't want to overwhelm case worker with over information neither less then required.
Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated
Many thanks

The case worker has seen it all
you always over submit stuff in your favour
and less is more in terms of things that count against you such as absences.

I think jan 2006 will not come under last 15 month if you are applying in May 2007. You have to pick 12 months from last 15 months.
Take any continuous 12 months from last 15 months and submit complete set of evidence for it.

u need not be working for 15 months full. if you have 12 months experience that's enough.
