We have basicly tried everything in our power to solve our problem but today it escalated again and therefore we will try and seek help from you guys. A long story short;
I applied for a tourist visa from the. Biometric clinic / worldbridge in Oslo, Norway, in The beginning of November 2013. Bought the priority service, that + the visa costs more than 700€. When applying they said that all the information and papers where in orders and sent the application shortly after.
In the middle of December after contacting them several times they answered that the visa application was successful and the passport was sent back to me 27th of November. Appearantly DHL couldn't deliver to the address that we put down (PO box) and now Worldbridge also said that they knew this.
After this this whole matter have been escalated, Worldbridge refuse to answer my calls, my emails and they won't see me in their office in Oslo. The passport is completely missing.
What can I do in this circumstance? Worldbridge told me that the address was alright and they had my contact number and email in case there would be any problems, still they haven't contacted me and still my passport is gone. Soon I need to apply for a new passport but then my visa to England that I paid for will be lost. Can they compensate me?
I am very sorry for the story that I'm sure is lacking a little bit but I am so upset about this and don't know where to turn.
