Expired IELTS spouse visa application (pakistan)

Hi there,
two questions....

1. can i use expired IELTS result (was taken 2008, score was 6.0) in my 2014 UK spouse application?
2. can i use BS (HONS) botany degree from Pakistan in UK spouse visa a English requirement fulfillment ?
[ The degree was taught in english medium. I have certificate from university ]
or do above mentioned degree has to be deemed by UK NARIC????
