Am i Eligible for Indefinite Leave to Remain

Post by SUNNYLON » Sun Jan 12, 2014 9:29 pm

Hello All,

I am posting this to you all to check if given my circumstance i am eligible for Indefinite Leave to Remain.
My history has been as stated below:-

1) I landed for the first time in UK under Tier 2(ICT Established Staff ) category in Nov 2010.
2) Until September 2013, I remained in UK under the same category.
3) Since October 2013, I switched from Tier 2(ICT Established Staff ) category to Tier 2 General category.

Will the time since Nov 2010 until September 2013 be counted towards the Indefinite Leave to Remain ? Or only from October 2013 the clock would be considered. Kindly help me to plan my future.

Kind Regards.

Only your time from October 2013 can be counted towards residency on a fiver year Tier 2 General route to ILR. Time from Nov 2010 can count towards 10 years long residence.
