Visit visa for pakistani nationals

Hi just a quick question.i m in a relation with irish citizen(not married) and i have irish born child and got stamp 4 on the behalf of zambranoo case. Now im expecting another child in may .so can i apply visit visa for my parents to come here .or my irish partner should apply .and what shoukd we do first?
