Personal Tax Summary IT contractor in New Zealand

Hi Guys,

Am planning to apply for HSMP end of this month.I got a few queries and i will be helpful, if u can answer my queries.

I work as a IT contractor in software development field in Auckland, New Zealand. so I wont get Summary of Earnings from IRD, so what r the documents, i need to submit for proof of my earnings.

How can i get Personal Tax Summary for Contractors from IRD?Is there any way, i can ask IRD to give me a letter for the income earned during april 2006 - march 2007 and as well as Personal Tax Summary or is it ok, if i get a letter from my Accountant, plz help me.

One other question I have bachelors degree in commerce(B.COM) from India. Is it necessary to send it to NARIC for evaulation for my bachelors degree.
