I have temporary stamp4 from my EU wife. I have Irish citizen child. can I apply for zambrano and if I apply, do i have a chance to get it?

As far as I found an information on citizeninformation, If non EU national doesn't have a permission, must write to DOJ, but I have GNIB card already and accordingly have permission to work and reside in ireland.
Please advise me what happens in my case if I apply and do i need to write them or just send them all documents they require?

You should visit your local GNIB, it is straightforward if the requirements are met, you will usually get stamp4 on zambrano on the spot.

Why don't you wait in Britain till i got there with my own Irish/European to see who and who is qualify under the British DNA baby for residency permit slower slot ?
