How many Days do I have to Re-apply a fresh application?

How many Days do I have to Re-apply a fresh application?

Hello Everyone,

How many days to I have to re-apply the fresh application after being denied the permission to appeal in UT. My appeal was refused by FT and then got refused the permission to appeal in UT too ?

I am planing to make a fresh application with in next 28 days but my solicitor says its only 7 days.

Can anyone HELP PLEASE ?

it supposed to be 28days after refusal.
