SPOUSE VISA TO ILR and possible complex!!!!!!!

Post by khaledadda » Mon Jan 20, 2014 10:23 pm

hi ,

i am on 2 years spouse visa married to British citizen, due for ILR in June,

my concern is i came to UK 2003 as visitor , overstayed my visa till 2010 got permission from home office to register my marriage in register office, then after seeking few solicitor i decide to go back to my country to apply for entry clearance as spouse of British citizen,
i went back home November 2010 my visa was refused then appealed against decision 2 times to upper tribunal then won the appeal was granted spouse visa ,
can anyone tell me if my previous immigration will be complex for my ILR?

Many Thanks,

vinny
