fee refund

if there any forum or guideline about the fee refund.
many students got admissions in different colleges e.g Essex College etc.
they were unsuccessfull in getting visa in interview. now colleges are not giving their fee refund.
is there any law about that.
please guide where to go or how to sue these colleges.

Please check their policy guidance of the college regrading refund. You can go to Citizen Advice Bureau.

In most cases if you are not getting visa after the credibility interview then college will simply say that its your fault that you are not successful to get the visa.
