Marriage Approval

Post by aze3m » Wed Jan 22, 2014 3:27 pm

Hi,

I am on Tier 1(General) and I am marrying a British citizen in two months time but I wont be switching to spouse visa. Do I still have to notify home office or need any marriage approval? Please advise.

Thanks.

No you don't.
