My visa ends this march i am on my PSW visa. I have got married to a muslim guy so we both dont have our family support if we need to go back to our country. We might get seperated and forced to get married with someone else. By gods grace I have a contract job but my company is not ready to do any help regarding my visa and they are not even paying the appropriate salary to meet the sponsorship. I have tried so many things nothing worked out at this situation my husband also says if we go back we will be seperated. Pls help me. He came as a student (MBA)to this country but unfortunately he could not finish his course.He again applied another course just to stay with me and put student visa(MSc IT).The college was closed while he started his course there. Then with no other option we got married and he applied dependent on me. At this situation my query is can he apply for a student visa again now he really want to do his course and finish his masters. I will also have some time to find something. Please do reply and help us.
