Tier 2 ICT -> General - > ILR

Hi Experts,

I came to UK in ICT Established category ( Visa valid from 29/7/2010 till 29/Aug/2013 ) , i switched my visa to tier2 general and is working for a different sponsor ( Tier 2 general visa valid from 14th April 2013 to May 13 2016 ) . I have been in Uk since August 2010 continuously over this period without any breaks ( Except for one Month leave every year ) . I have a couple of questions

1 ) Am i Eligible for ILR on August 2015 ( My period is 2 yrs 6 months in ICT and 2 Years 6 months in Tier2 General ).

2 ) If this is not possible kindly let me know if i can renew my Tier2 General for another 3 years after May13 2016

no, because your leave on T2 ICT did not include a period before 6 April 2010.

2 ) If this is not possible kindly let me know if i can renew my Tier2 General for another 3 years after May13 2016
yes you can (with a CoS) and you will be eligible for ILR after 5 years on T2G (min. salary £35k)
