I want to apply for discretionary leave to remain in the uk but want to know if it will be possible.
I have been coming to the uk wit a visitors visa since 2010
And in my 4th coming I cld not return cos was in my last stage of pregnancy and also my unborn baby father who is also my unmarried partner lives here and is a british citizen
I've now had the baby two months ago and have done his british P for him.
My visa is valid until 21st nov 2014 but have stayed for six months,6 days during this last visit cos my baby had health issues when he was born and we were afraid to return home with him before the sixth months
My question is;
1) Can I apply for dicretionary leave to remain whiles I have 9 months left for my visa to expire or should wait if it expires or about to expire?
2)looking at my case will it be possible to be granted easily?
3)what doc do I need to add to the application

Please I need your advice.
