Possible Speeding Point

Hi!
I applied for my naturalisation on 08/01/14.
I got the acknowledgement letter dated 26/01/14 & money was taken from my bank account on 31/01/14.
I am still awaiting a decision.

I think, I am caught by a speed gun today while driving. If I get a NIP in two weeks time, do I need to declare it?
