child born in UK, currently in India, Tier 2 dependent visa

Hi All,

I am currently having Tier 2 general visa. My wife is already having Tier 2 dependent visa. our daughter born in UK, with my wife gone to visit India and now we need a visa for our daughter to come again in UK. what documents and maintenance funds are required?

1) daughter born in UK, without visa gone to India with my wife, daughter age (1 year)
2) wife already have visa, so she does not need visa to return in UK


Documents i am preparing to send
1) My passport copy, visa copy
2) my wife passport copy, visa copy
3) tenancy agreement
4) last 3 months payslips
5) my tier 2 COS copy
6) letter from company to show that company will accommodate my child if required.

I do not have enough £600 balance from last three months, that's why i was wondering if company letter will do the trick.

Thank you for your response. I know that my daughter should have a valid visa when entering UK...

documents specified in my post should be enough to file a visa application? OR any other documents are needed as well ?
