FY2 doctor on Tier 4 visa - HELP!

Hi,
Could someone / anyone please give me some advice.
I graduated from a UK medical school and I am currently a Foundation Year 2 doctor working on a Tier 4 visa.
Unfortunately I could not get a specialty training job. I am looking for an alternative way to apply for a specialty training job without being subjected to the Resident Labour Market test.
I am thinking of extending my Tier 4 visa by doing a masters degree and then apply for a specialty job again on a Tier 4.
Does anyone know if this is possible at all?
Please help!
