Address Proof for parents tourist visa.

hello All,

I am inviting my Father and Mother to visit us in the Uk for three months. I am NOT sponsoring them as they have enough funds to support them on their visit as well as they will be applying for tourist visa and NOT a family visit visa, of course I want them to stay with me in my home. I own my home with my wife. My question is as far as their accommodation is concern what documents do I have to provide them with when they apply for their visa next month, or more specifically recent utility bill will be enough along with the description of the house ( no of bedrooms, no of bathrooms etc) in the invitation letter or do I have to give title registration documents etc?

secondly, as I own the home jointly with my wife, do we have to invite them jointly ?

Any help regarding this would be highly appreciated.
