HSMP - CAN ALLOWANCE BE CONSIDERED WITH SALARY

Dear All,

I work for an indian company and have been currently assigned to one of its premier (insurance giant) client in UK.

Back in India my taxable salary is 3.5 lacs/Annum, Along with this i am being paid an allowance of GBP 1700 a month(20,400/Annum) which is completely tax free(But have company payslips and bank details).

1.) I have a doubt if i can include this allowance to earn points.
2.) Also since its been only 5 months in UK can i use it to earn the 5
points meant for UK experience
3.) Will i fall under the UK band or Indian Band
4.) If i fall under the UK band can i obtain the 5 points for UK experience
5.) Should i apply for NINO and inform Indland Revenue regarding my salary allowance.
6.) I have graduated from MADRAS University. Is it recognised by NRAIC
