switching from skilled worker

Hi all, I have very complicated story to write. I hope I will find answers in here.

This is not my visa case. its my girlfriends visa case.
My girlfren told me that she came to uk 4 years ago as a student. unfortunately her college was shutdown, at the same time she got chance to work at one of the restaurant in London. she also got visa under a skilled worker. Down the line my girl friend had to leave the job due to some reasons. Now I want her to go back to study. I believe the restaurant has reported home office regarding her absence.

I don't know how am I going to help her to stay in UK. Could you please suggest.
