Bookiing online appointments - ILR and T1G Dependent

Hi all

I have been trying to book PEO appointments for

1. My ILR application
2. My wife's extension application as Tier-1 General dependent

What do i need to select in the i online appintment dropdown if i was to book a family appointment? The problem i find with this is when i select that i am applying for "SET O" , it asks me about my dependents. When i select my wife as dependent, it shows the wrong fees (because i take it that it assumes my dependent wil be an ILR dependent, which is not the case, as she will be Tier-1 general dependent)

How is book a family appointment for both of us with me applying for ILR and my wife applying for T1G dependent.
