Hello guys

I was in UK since 2009 to 2013 .. My college was shut down on May 2012 but I stayed till June 2013 .. I never got any official letter from ukba and I am sure my visa has not been curtailed .. Now I have applied for dependent visa of my wife who is in UK on tier 2 general ... Do you think my previous visa status will cause any problem

So after June 2013 did you enroll with another college and extend your visa with them?

No I came back home in June 28 2013

If you left UK before your visa had expired in June 2013 and you are sure that your visa had not been curtailed then as long as you are fulfilling all the other conditions of dependent applicant I do not see any problem with your application.

But please make sure that your visa was not curtailed after your college had lost its license.
