Extending Tier 2 G Visa after 1 year

Hi All,

I am currently on Tier 2 General Visa. I initially switched from PSW to Tier 2 General. The company had applied for only 1 year of Tier 2 General initially. But now they want to extend my Tier 2 General visa for 2 more years. So will I fall under New entrant or Experienced for the salary band? I am in the same sponsoring company and same job.
