No Visa appointments available at VFS Manila

Hello everyone, I am new to the forum but have been have found so much valuable information here which helped me to get my wife's settlement Visa 2 years ago, and also to have recently obtained her ILR at PEO Cardiff.

Now that my wife has her ILR we are going through the planning stages of bringing her Daughter to the UK, we have filled in the online application form, paid the fee by worldpay, but there is a problem that the online booking system is saying that there are no available appointments.

So my questions are
1. Has anyone else experienced this ?
2. Does anyone know when appointments will be available ?
3. Is it possible that this is a technical issue with the booking site.

Thanks for reading this post, and hopefully someone may be able to point me in the right direction.
