Hearing in court 19th march

Hello, everyone
I need your help and quick response please.
I applied business (entrepreneur) visa in 2012 but after 6 months got refusal saying this

1. third party identity documents, date of issue and expiry missing. 25/0 points (I only wrote third party CNIC number but not date of issue,expiray and place of issue)
2. your advertising and contract reflects yours business do not reach at level 4. 25/0 points. I selected job title at level 6 but they didnt give me any points and raised this point that my company work at lower lever at level 3.

what are the chances of my winning the case and what could be the outcome (further step after losing the case) if i lost my case.
How can I find SOC code of 2012.

I want some help and advise to make my case strong in court. Please share information with me as my hearing date is 19th march and I want to have some good points which will be good in court hearing. please help me out
