Some question about appeal.

I had lodged a appeal against the eco decision to refuse my wife and my son settlement visa . I had lodged the appeal on 4 February through my solicitor and he faxed the appeal form to FTTIAC. I want to know that when will the appeal fees deducte from my account and i appeal against the decision of eco at bhc new delhi. I also want to know the current ecm deadline for new delhi. Please reply.
