Can Tier2G dependant work without additional sponsorship

Hi,
I am working in UK on Tier 2 General visa. My wife has got Tier 2 General Dependant visa and she is also in UK now.
Question: Can she directly take up employment or will she need an additional sponsorship?
Her Visa label says- No Employment as doctor or dentist in training.
And there is no clear guidance for sponsorhip for Tier 2 Dependants on UKBA site

Yes she can work and take up direct employment. She does not need any additional sponsorship.

The only exception being she can not be employed/self-employed as a doctor or a dentist in training.

Just FYI, My spouse is working full-time on a contract as a creative designer.
