hi, iam planning to get married to aburkinabe woman. at present iam an indian citizen. i have researched that a burkinabe woman has the right to transfer her nationality to her spouse. could someone please let me know the exact procedure from marrriage till i get the nationality. i understand there is no wait to get nationality after marriage.is this true. need to know step by step procedure.

I may be mistaken but I doubt many people here will be aware of Burkinabé nationality law.

As far as I am away yes you could gain Nationality (by applying) on the basis of marriage without being resident. Take a look at Aatu no. An VII 0013/fP/PreS du 16 novembre 1989, portant institution et application du Code des personnes et de la famille.
