Hi friends, my appeal allowed date was 13/02/14 and after that did not receive any update from home office. I am doing a security job and yesterday my manager asked me about my visa and I told him that I am still waiting and my case is in process. My questions are?
1- Can I give to manager my appeal decision letter or not.
2- Can I carry on my job or stop it because I am waiting my visa?

I will suggest do not due security as may in extension they contact HM Revenue and might create problems.

you should be working for your own business your established this appeal and reconsideration belong to, working else where may have been legit action considering your previous leave that stays as it is until a decision on your application is made still have a sufficient potential in it to prove you not genuine because being genuine is about being devoted to business that you have undertaken.

telling your manager about winning an appeal is when if you told him that you were refused of which appeal he also knew about but if you told him an application is in process whilst appeal it is the same situation at it was at the time of application because your application after the court is now back in process as it was before the refusal.
