II held a UK Tier 1 PSW visa expired dec 2013, and I got a job before that where I was offered a sponsored Tier 2 Visa... and I applied BEFORE the previous one expired with all documents and details.

After applied tire 2 , I got a refusal letter saying I'm unable to reach minimum wages ,but I realised it was miscalculation by case worker . But as well as my cos was incorrect .it mentioned current minimum salary but incorrect hours.i lodged the paper appeal and need to withdraw said appeal and put the same day new tire 2 application again and my sponsor ready to issues another cos certificate . do I need labour market test ?(i was held in tire1) please advice
