Child Born in UK - British nationality

Hi

My son was born in Dec 2012, and we got a tier 1 dependant visa processed for him during 2013, which expires in early 2015.

I have now got the ILR, (last week), can I directly file his application now for British citizenship i.e. MN1. Please note that our nationality is Indian.
