MN1 QUERY ABOUT APPLICATION FORM

I am would like to apply MN1 for my 6 yr son born in UK as a settled person, but my wife is not yet been settled.
In the form 1st Q 1.1 indicate the section of British nationality Act 1981 under which you would like to apply?
is the answer will be Section 1(3)

if anyone knows let me know......
