Civil partner ship with Spanish citizen, want live in UK

Hi all

I'm resident in Spain and my nationality is from IRAN.
I have a EEA family permit resident card the Spain from my partner So she is Spanish.
I live in Spain legally from 2010 and I got the Spain EEA family ID card from 8 month a go.
And we live together from November 2012.

Now

I entered the UK with a normal VISITOR VISA and my visa is valid for 2 years.
We moved to UK 4 month a go, and my partner start work 3 month a go.

My question is :

Now what I have to do for get a resident permit in UK and live here in UK with my partner ?
