Tier 4 student for spousal visa

Hello,
I am a student of bachelors in London.i am going to marry a UK citizen but she isn't doing a salaried job of 18600 GBP,She works on weekly basis and she has her savings and I have my savings as well so is there any possibility to apply for spousal visa?How can i apply for spousal visa ?
