Referee profession for passport application

Hi guys,

For the first passport application after naturalization
I am using my referee as one of the naturlisation referees.
In my naturalization application the referee wrote his
profession as 'service management analyst' , whereas
for the passport application he has written as
'IT analyst' . Would this discrepancy create a problem.
I am sure thy wouldn't call HO for this ??
Also on the back of the foto is it alrite if the referee
Just signs it after the declaration ...do they need to write their name as well??
