inperson application for dependent of ILR holder

Post by singhs » Thu Mar 20, 2014 7:18 am

Hello

My husband has recently received his ILR and I am now organizing my paperwork.I just wanted to know the following:

A) Can I apply for my ILR in-person (rather than by post) or is this facility only available to main applicant with any accompagnying dependants?

B) if in- person application for dependant only is allowed, which form do i need to use, is it SET M?

Please do let me know. Thanking you in advance.

With Kind Regards

S singh

Hello,

Can someone reply please?

Just to add more information. My husband was on tier 1 previously before he got his ILR and I was on PBS dependant visa. We have both completed 5 yrs continuos stay. He has got his ILR but I had not applied for mine at the time as i had not given Life in the Uk test hence continue to be on pbs dependant visa.

Thanks

You can apply on SET(O) in person at a PEO. B1 English and LIUK required.
