EEA family permit for holiday

Hi all,

We just completed the online application for an EEA family permit for my partner. We are planning a 2 week holiday in the UK in May 2014.
I am German and my partner is from the Philippines, we are living in Australia as permanent residents.

Which supporting documents are required?
1. Signed Visa Application form with 2 pictures
2. Brief cover letter
3. Relationship Registration with Apostille (New South Wales)
4. In case the UK does not accept the Australian Relationship Registration: Proof of relationship going back 2 years (tenancy agreements, joint bank accounts etc.)
5. My German passport copy, additionally copy of my German ID

Do the documents require to be certified? (Can be done for free at a "Justice of the Peace" or Police Station.)
