ILR - Dependent Visa

Post by ashutoshb » Fri Mar 21, 2014 9:08 pm

Hello,

I have been on Tier 2 - ICT Visa for 5 years(since April 2009) but my wife joined me in UK in March 2013 as my Dependent(PBS).
Both our visa expires in Oct 15.

Now, I am eligible for ILR (PR) in April 2014. Could someone please confirm what visa should my wife apply for when I go for my ILR application.
Is it :
As a Dependent applicant within my ILR main application
OR
FLR (M)
OR
PBS Dependent
OR
Can she continue with her current Dependent(PBS) which is valid till Oct 15

Thanks
Ashutosh

Hi Vinny,

Thanks for the reply. But can she continue on her current PBS dependant visa until Oct 2015?
