Hello People

I'm an Indian national in Scotland.

I want to get my passport copies notorised.

Do I need to get it notorised only from the Indian Consulate or any public notary would do ?
Does HSMP team have any prefered public notaries ?

Could the seniors members and members who have gone through a similar situation please help me out here ?

Meanwhile I will try to speak to HSMP team as well(just to ensure you all that I'm not being a lazy bum)
