I applied 10 years long residence in Dec 2012 as my visa expired in Jan 2013. I got rejected in June then appeal allowed on human right basis in late Sept. I am still waiting for biometric card and passport which take nearly half a year now i am so frustrating. Now i have a question in mind. Would my new visa started on the day of appeal allowed or would it be from Jan 2013(when my last visa expired)? Many thanks
