Dependant applying with main applicant documents,cohabitaio

Hi ,

My spouse is applying together with my application using the SET O form Tier 2 , i have couple of queries

1, Does he has to submitt the leave dates its not asked anywhere in the form(
2, proof of cohabition -is it necessary to submitt from different sources , or two years bank statement is sufficient ( in the form it doesnt mention as different sources.
3, i understand that there will be a fee hike from April 6th and i have already paid , but in order them to take the additional fee should i fill in the payment details again?

Submit a many cohabitation documents from as many sources as you can for the last 2 years.
Better more than less.
Take your credit card to peo should you need to pay the difference in price. Ukba will find a way of taking their fair share of application fees so don't worry.
