Need Advice !!!! Please help

Hi Experts,

Need your advise.
I am currently on Tier2 ICT Visa (issued in Mar 2010) and landed in UK during June 2010 and my current visa expiring in June 2014.
I am planning to switch to Tier2 General next month,
My wife had travelled to india this month and she will be joining back to UK by May 2014.

My query is whether she can travel back to UK with her old Tier2 Dependent Visa and can switch her visa to Tier2 General dependent inside UK ?
Or She has to apply only from India as my visa type will be converted to Tier2 General by the time she travels back?.

It's very likely she can come back to the uk with her current visa. Same happened to my wife and kids and they were ok.
Make sure she changes to your t2G dependent immediately she arrives in the UK so she doesn't have any problems when you all apply for ilr.
