tier 2 dependant ! do i need bank statement *urgent*

I am on tier 2 visa in uk since 4 years. I recently married and want to call my wife in uk. do i need to send my bank statements or just the my wife's bank statement is enough. My wife has got on her bank account more than 600£ for three consecutive months. do i still need to send my bank statements with my payslips? Payslips may be necessary to show my earnings but what about my bank statements


The reason i dont want to send my bank statements is bcoz my new employer was paying cash in hand for first three months bcoz accountant delayed sending my payslips only recently my company started paying directly in my bank account

Hi, congrats for marrying!
Since you are sponsoring her, it's your bank statement that matters, not hers. The essence of this statement is to show savings for her maintenance in the UK. So it doesn't matter if you were paid by cash, so long as you have £600 for 3 months that should be ok.
They may or may not accept her own savings.

Various posts on this board shows anyones' bank statements will work. I understand since i am sponsoring my bank statements should have been mandatory but not anywhere on home office website listed this

I am on tier 2 general. Employee under this category should be paid directly on bank account. That is why i am little worry on this

Can somebody confirm this please
