VERY URGENT. Tier 2 Online Application Evidence of Relation

Hi, I was just completing the process of Tier 2 general with one dependent (my Wife) through online application. I am currently in a stage where the application asks for this:
Evidence of relationship (evidence of address of this dependant). Please submit two of the following documents.
# Bank statements - She has it (dated within one month)
# Credit card statement - No (dated within one month)
# Driving licence - Only Provisional License (dated within one month)
# NHS registration document - No (dated within one month)
# Letter from this dependant’s current school, college or university confirming this dependant’s address - NA (dated within one month)

The Problem

We just moved in to a new home. (2 days before). She has bank statement of previous address but not current.
She has a provisional licence, (also at previous address) but it is not dated within one month. she doesn't have any other documents.

Has any one applied and what all documents did you submit? is it necessary to submit any proof of address? can she send the documents with the previous addresses? We only moved in to a new house just 2 days before

Hi.. I requested a new bank statement from her bank. Thankfully it came within 3 days. Also changed her provision license address and it also came in 3 days. I also sent them her previous address proof i.e bank statement with a covering letter stating that we had just moved..

We got ourr visa last week
