SAR 40 day deadline passed. Still Waiting

Hi
My wife applied her SAR on 3rd feb 2014

Received HO Acknowledgment letter on 22/02/14 dated (18/02/14) that they received the request on 05/02/2014 and from the date

of letter (18/02/14) they will process it within 40 days deadline.

So 40 days deadline passed on 30.03.14. We didn't received SAR yet.

How can i contact them coz on letter they give a fax number and ukba website address.

Waiting for quick respose
