EEA Family Visa for British Citizen and SA wife

Hello
I have been living in Germany with my South African wife for 2 years. We travel on a regular basis to the UK. In the past I have always applied for an EEA visa due to the ease. I see on the website it now states this is valid for an non-EEA accompanying an EEA but not from the UK. Does this means that this is no longer an option? We have had 3 Visas approved in the past. Thanks for your assistance.

Nothing has really changed. EEA Family Permit is normally not available to UK citizens unless they live (and work) in another EEA country (which is your case).
