Tier 2 ICT Maximum Time Allowed

I am granted T2 ICT Established Staff visa in Sep 2010 for 2 years then extended , now my current T2ICT is valid till Sep 2015 , my questions below please help :

1) Can I extend my current T2 ICT beyond Sep 2015 ?
2) How long maximum can I extend my current T2 ICT ?
3) Can I become eligible for ILR if I stay for 10 years on this T2 ICT ?
